1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to forcedigitalseo.com and information Force Digital receives while discussing or providing search, website, content, and automation services. It does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites linked from this site.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you request an audit, contact us, or join an email list, we may receive information such as:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your business name, website, and primary market
  • The service you are interested in and the details included in your message
  • Your email address when you choose to join an email list
  • Billing, account, and project information if you later become a client

Information generated when you use the site

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may process information about visits and interactions, including pages viewed, approximate location, browser, device, referral source, and session activity. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or form contents to Google Analytics.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Review and respond to an inquiry
  • Provide, support, and improve agreed services
  • Understand site performance and which content is useful
  • Maintain business, billing, and project records
  • Protect the website and prevent spam, fraud, or misuse
  • Meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations
  • Send service or marketing messages when permitted, with an option to opt out of marketing

4. Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage. Google Analytics is loaded only when you select “Accept analytics.” Advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled in this implementation.

Google Analytics may use first-party cookies such as _ga after you accept. You can decline in the notice or reopen “Cookie choices” in the footer at any time. You may also block or delete cookies using your browser controls.

5. Service providers and disclosure

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with providers that help us operate the website or deliver services. Current website providers include:

  • Netlify, which hosts the site and processes website form submissions
  • Google Gmail, used for operational business email and, when enabled, website form notifications
  • Google Analytics, when analytics consent is granted
  • Professional advisors, contractors, or project tools used to provide an agreed client service

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. We do not sell personal information.

Provider terms and policies apply to their processing. See Netlify's privacy statement and Google's policy linked above.

6. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, to maintain business records, to resolve disputes, or to meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type and client relationship.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Your choices

You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information we control. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when law or legitimate business obligations require it.

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights.

8. Children's privacy

This website and Force Digital's services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. International processing

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have different data-protection rules than your location.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top will show when the latest revision took effect.
